Olivia Shultz joined TMA in 2014 and serves as the HR Director for the company. Olivia is responsible for all HR activities and recruiting efforts. She offers over 11 years of HR, recruiting, and intelligence proposal experience.
Prior to assuming her current position, Olivia served as the Talent Acquisition Program Manager at Scitor Corporation and in that capacity shaped recruiting and staffing strategies to align with Scitor’s corporate goals and growth objectives. Additionally Olivia managed Scitor’s college recruiting and intern programs, as well as diversity and inclusion partnerships in the community.
Prior to joining Scitor Olivia spent five years at CACI International Inc. staffing intelligence programs and business development efforts through CACI’s acquisition of TechniGraphics, Inc. in Ohio. While at TechniGraphics, Inc. Olivia was a member of the HR team and was responsible for all recruiting and compliance functions for the organization.
Prior to CACI Olivia worked for Westfield Insurance in Westfield Center, OH where she supported HR Operations to include Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS functions for the company.
Olivia holds an MBA from Ashland University and a BS degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from the University of Akron. Olivia is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Outside of work Olivia volunteers her time with Britepaths as a mentor for the 3 Cups of Coffee program. Olivia is also active in the local SHRM chapters and is a recent graduate of the NOVA/Dulles Mentor HR program.
