TMA recognizes that our employees are the core of our company. We offer a variety of special programs and morale building events for our most important assets. These include breakfast on Wednesdays, team outings, potluck lunches, holiday events, and family picnics.

Individual Benefits Account (IBA)
An IBA, or Individual Benefits Account, provides TMA employees with great flexibility over their healthcare, time off, and retirement savings. TMA contributes 48% of your monthly base salary to your IBA. 18% of this amount automatically becomes an employer contribution to your TMA-defined retirement plan. The remaining amount, or 30% of your base pay, can be used for medical expenses, paid time off, additional retirement contributions or additional taxable income.

We promote creativity and innovative thinking; we actively encourage employees to ideate and develop their own innovative solutions. TMA realizes that often these skills and outside projects can become the next big thing. TMA’s Innovation Corner sponsors the space and technical resources for employees to think big, and execute on those ideas.

Training and Conferences
TMA provides employees with generous training opportunities in many areas, including SCRUM/Agile courses, Project Management Professional certifications, and Hadoop training, to name a few. TMA employees have attended major developer conferences like JavaOne and EclipseCon. In addition, many employees have the option to attend tradeshows and even present new and innovative ideas to large audiences.
