Who We Are
TMA is an employee owned company comprised of personnel dedicated to smart growth, providing a positive work environment, and fostering company pride and job satisfaction. We also foster an environment of corporate flexibility and individual responsibility.
We believe that we best serve our customers by best serving our employees, creating a culture that supports growth and rewards innovation.
As different as our employees’ jobs and backgrounds may be, our focus on diverse, but harmonized, teamwork translates into one unshakeable commonality: unity in mission to support customer successes.
Our Corporate Culture
TMA recognizes that our employees are the core of our company. We offer a variety of special programs and morale building events for our most important assets. These include breakfast on Wednesdays, team outings, potluck lunches, holiday events, and family picnics.
Critical Mission Support Role
TMA embraces Simon Sinek’s quote: “If you hire people just because they can do a job, they’ll work for your money. But if you hire people who believe what you believe, they’ll work for you with blood and sweat and tears.” This means working for a common purpose. Our employees are proud of their work to help support and defend national security. We believe careers with clear meaning and impact produce the most focused, productive employees.
Our employees also want to give back to the larger community and do so with events such as charity golf tournaments, charitable food drives, and volunteer opportunities.
Continuous Career Development
At TMA, we invest heavily in our employees’ professional development. Our employees can follow specific career tracks that align to their current positions or use dedicated career development resources available to them to research alternative career paths that utilize their existing skill sets—all allowing for continued advancement within the company. TMA supports employee development by providing a tuition reimbursement program, as well as funding most certification preparation and exam fees for our employees.
TMA understands a solid work/life balance is a pre-requisite for employees to be at their best. Our employees are provided with flexible schedules, if and when their roles permit per customer mission requirements. Our spirit of teamwork creates flexible, but sturdy bonds—employees working together to help each other.

TMA realizes that often these skills and outside projects can become the next big thing. TMA’s Innovation Corner sponsors the space and technical resources for employees to think big, and execute on those ideas.
